Ars Italica Calvisius’ caviars are obtained from sturgeons raised into the clear waters of Ticino’s Park only, thus recognised as “Ticino’s Park – Production Checked”. Five different qualities of caviars are produced from these sturgeons’ delicious eggs: Classic, Royal and Imperial Oscietra, Da Vinci and Sevruga.
