Calvisius Caviar Experience

An exciting journey to discover the life cycle of sturgeons, the evocative spring waters, the educational observatory, and the ancient Malossol salting technique.

Discover our visiting experience and step into the world of Calvisius: choose a guided tasting at our headquarters with our experts to explore all the secrets of caviar up close.
Alternatively, enjoy a complete experience with a caviar-based lunch and Calvisius products at one of our selected local restaurants.

Visits with the Tasting Experience package are available from Monday to Sunday at 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
Visits with the Lunch Experience package are available from Monday to Saturday at 10:30 AM.

The caviar varieties may vary depending on seasonal availability; the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the booking with prior notice to the customer.

For cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the visit date, a penalty equal to the full booking amount will be applied.
