Calvisius Unico caviar is obtained from the white sturgeon, a species native to the Pacific Ocean and found from Alaska to Baja California.
The exceptionally large eggs, over 3 millimeters, are distinguished by a very dark color.

The taste of this caviar is perfectly balanced with affable, enveloping marine notes.
It’s a caviar to enjoy with a meal or as a surprising choice for an aperitif, paired, for example, with a gin and tonic or a vodka tonic.
