Young Potatoes with Caviar and Fromage Blanc

Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • 12 small young potatoes
  • one 50g fresh Calvisius caviar tin
  • 100g of fromage blanc or greek yogurt
  • Salt
Preparation:

Clean the potatoes and steam them for about 25 minutes, peel them and dig with a small spoon in order to form a hole. Mash the extracted potato with a fork and mix it with the fromage blanc and a pinch of salt. Put the mix inside the potato and serve with plenty of caviar.
