Egg Nest with Caviar

Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • 30 g of Calvisius Art Tradition Royal
  • 1 egg
  • 10 g of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of mascarpone
  • White pepper, salt
  • Beet sprouts for decoration
Preparation:

Crack the egg and place it in a bowl with salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until completely mixed.
Grease a small saucepan with butter and place it on the stove over a low flame. Pour a spoon of egg mix and blend it on the pan until the crepe is ready. Repeat 
until all the mix is used, arrange in the plates and top it with a touch of mascarpone, salt pepper and finally caviar. Serve immediately.
