Spaghetti with Caviar

  • 200 g Gragnano spaghetti
  • 1 of 50 gr tin of fresh Calviusius caviar
  • 30 g of butter
  • Black pepper, Salt
Spaghetti with Caviar

Preparation

Serves 4.
Cook the spaghetti in 2 liters of salted water at the boiling point. Place a terrine over the spaghetti pot and let the butter melt. Save some of the cooking water from the pasta. Drain the spaghetti and dress them with the melted butter, some pepper and some cooking water.
Mix everything and part the spaghetti in the plates, top with caviar and serve immediately.
