Spaghetti with Caviar
- 200 g classic spaghetti
- 1 of 50 gr tin of fresh Calviusius caviar
- Black pepper, Salt
Cook the spaghetti in 2 liters of salted water at the boiling point. Save some of the cooking water from the pasta. Drain the spaghetti and dress them with oil, some pepper and some cooking water. Mix everything and part the spaghetti in the plates, top with caviar and serve immediately.
