Biography
Nicolas Sintes is a chef passionate about the Mediterranean, his cuisine highlights the Mediterranean basin and the richness of its products. After working in starred restaurants in France and abroad, including 4 years in New York with Daniel Boulud, he started his first jobs as a chef in Saint Tropez at the age of thirty. He then exchanged his Mediterranean cuisine for mountain cuisine in Megève, where he worked for almost 7 years at the Fermes de Marie.
Today he returns to his roots to manage the kitchens of the five-star hotel Les Roches Blanches in Cassis by the sea. His cuisine highlights seasonal products, offering dishes inspired by the sea, with a personal and creative touch.
