Born in Sicily, Massimo Tringali has been the Executive Chef of the Emporio Armani Caffè & Armani/Ristorante in Paris since 2016. After attending hotel management school in Sicily, he left his homeland in 2001 to come to Paris, at the tender age of twenty-one. Here he became chef at the Mona Lisa hotel, on Rue de la Boétie, and two years later he joined the team at Il Carpaccio, at the prestigious Royal Monceau. He then worked alongside the chef at the renowned Parisian hotel for many years, after which he arrived in Corsica at the Casa del Mar in Porto Vecchio – where, in a short time, they were awarded their first star in the famous Michelin guide. He later returned to Italy, where he stayed for ten years, finally meeting Massimo Mori, owner of Emporio Armani Caffè & Mori Venice Bar in Paris, in 2016. Two years after his arrival, the work of Chef Massimo Tringali and the entire team at the Armani/Ristorante in Paris was rewarded with the prestigious Michelin star, proudly reconfirmed for the next three years.

The Armani/Ristorante in Paris was awarded the prestigious Michelin star in the 2018 edition of the famous French guide, reconfirming it for four consecutive years.
