He then worked alongside the chef at the renowned Parisian hotel for many years, after which he arrived in Corsica at the Casa del Mar in Porto Vecchio – where, in a short time, they were awarded their first star in the famous Michelin guide. He later returned to Italy, where he stayed for ten years, finally meeting Massimo Mori, owner of Emporio Armani Caffè & Mori Venice Bar in Paris, in 2016. Two years after his arrival, the work of Chef Massimo Tringali and the entire team at the Armani/Ristorante in Paris was rewarded with the prestigious Michelin star, proudly reconfirmed for the next three years.
