The warmth of wood and the idea of a space designed for sharing and well-being blend with a new aesthetic language, made of light, transparency and modern materials, shaping a refined environment in perfect harmony with the Dolomites landscape.

The cuisine of 1224 Restaurant stems from the experience and vision of Chef Federico Rovacchi: a contemporary, technical and personal approach that combines research, terroir and creative freedom, enriched by his professional experiences in iconic temples of Italian cuisine—from Niederkofler to Crippa—translating these teachings to enhance the territory of Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Relocated from Baita Piè Tofane, the Chef is joined by his entire team: patron Michel Oberhammer, sous chef Nicole Groff, maître Elisa Prudente and sommelier Paolo Cantafio.

The menu brings together products from the Dolomites and outstanding ingredients selected without geographical limits, blending French techniques with an Asian-inspired lightness.
