The restaurant’s philosophy is built on celebrating the excellence of the local area and respecting seasonality. The Adriatic catch, selected daily, is at the heart of a cuisine that tells the story of the sea with authenticity, alongside the finest meats from the Romagna hinterland and vegetarian dishes that follow the natural rhythm of the seasons.

The kitchen is led by chef Daniele Succi, of Rimini origins, who through a personal, contemporary vision turns local ingredients into refined, creative dishes rich in identity. His cuisine combines lightness, technique and sensitivity, enhancing each ingredient without altering its essence.

Born in Bologna in 1977 and a graduate of the hotel management school in Rimini, Daniele Succi has built his career through experiences ranging from traditional Romagna cooking to the leading names of contemporary gastronomy.

After his first experiences in Italy, he moved to London, where at Halkin Restaurant he came into contact with the cuisine of Gualtiero Marchesi. Back in Italy, he continued his training at Joia in Milan alongside Pietro Leemann, an experience that profoundly shaped his culinary vision, founded on respect for ingredients and the cultural value of food.

Over the course of his career he has worked with some of the most prestigious names in Italian dining, including La Francescana in Modena alongside Massimo Bottura, and has served as chef in several high-level restaurants and venues.

Since 2010 he has led the kitchen of i-FAME at the i-SUITE Hotel in Rimini, where he expresses a culinary philosophy that combines technique, creativity and a deep bond with the Romagna area, reinterpreted with a contemporary outlook.
